We understand that a client’s yacht or aircraft is one of their most valuable assets. As professional yacht and aircraft service providers and consultants, our experienced team is dedicated to providing clients with a personal and comprehensive service.
With consultation services managed by in-house specialists we provide clients with holistic yacht and aircraft support services from initial acquisition through to eventual sale.
We offer a range of flexible crew employment and payroll options at a fixed fee, for any size yacht.

Our crew payroll system is one of the most complete available in the marketplace today.
We offer a number of different services both for owners direct and fleet or management companies, we aim to make your life easier and bring a mix of services which covers multiple aspects of both crew payroll and crew management.

Our payroll office will prepare the monthly salaries, send transfers and update the status of outstanding holidays owed to crew, along with any disputes that may arise.

The office team prepares a comprehensive spreadsheet with salary calculations and provides each crew member with an approved salary payment slip.

​We ensures that every crew member is provided with the necessary certificates to be accepted for a particular position onboard, and is employed in a legitimate structure in compliance with local and international legislation.

In addition we take care of all documentation related to crew employment. We draft the employment contract for each new crew member and make necessary arrangements when a crew member leaves the yacht.
